Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and Booking Policy** **Premier Painting NJ LLC** - **Free Estimates:** Premier Painting offers free, in-person estimates for all projects within Atlantic County. For locations outside of Atlantic County, a travel fee between $50 and $100 will apply, based on travel time. - **Estimate Factors:** Project timelines and costs will depend on various factors, including square footage, the condition of walls/siding, additional services, materials, and other relevant considerations. - **In-Person Consultation:** An in-person consultation is required for all projects to provide accurate estimates and pricing. - **Right to Cancel:** The business owner reserves the right to cancel any project at their sole discretion. - **Contracts:** Clients will receive a project proposal along with a contract. No work will commence until the contract is signed and returned to Premier Painting NJ LLC. - **Refund Policy:** There are no refunds once the contract is signed. Contract-cancellation-approval is at the discretion of the owner. There are no refunds on purchase materials. - **Client Cancellations:** - If the client cancels after the contract is signed, the cost of any purchased painting materials will not be refunded. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the client may also be responsible for partial or full payment of the total project amount.
